History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Fallond is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
