Description: A middle-aged man, he wears baggy black pantaloons and a blue scarf, and is pretty ugly. His chestnut hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Kairon isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Ploughman but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Kairon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ploughman and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: Bryseis is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and someone believes her a fraud

Personality: Ubada hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born into a rich family. When Ubada reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a robe, a symbol of luck around his neck, and a glaive on his belt. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. He has hazel eyes and a tan hat with a black feather.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Crampernap was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Crampernap fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
