History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Vlorn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Vlorn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her first spouse was a Dyer, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.
