History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Smoking was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Tailor. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Adam's homeland. Adam decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now mingles about in high society.
