Description: This woman wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on her left hand. Sporting a red mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. This amber eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Meriele fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Commoner school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she feels threatened by others

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Jezean was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jezean's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
