History: Patrin was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Being a Doctor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has achieved small success as a Cartwright.
