Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Cockaby was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sellsword for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a hunter again

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
