History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
