Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears white trousers with tan and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Calcitro's homeland. Calcitro decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears just a grey suit. His red hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 24. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vondal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vondal. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a grey costume with the symbols of strength on her torso. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. She is baby faced.
Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She comes from a rich western family. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and she is greedy

Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her head has been shaved. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'11". He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and his gloved hand is found clutching a scimitar. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
