History: Baern hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Through the years after Jezean was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Jezean's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He struck the Barber job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Zaffrab was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Zaffrab decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
