History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Navigator born in the past three hundred years. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Soveliss was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He became a Navigator soon after.
