History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to prove his worth to the world

History: Born in the south to a Navigator, Beatrice learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
