History: Nalaed lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Brewer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Weaver, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her gold eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This man stands a little under 4'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. He has moderate length blonde hair. His ears are large.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Bard school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.
