Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Quarion was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Quarion's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His first spouse was a Dilettante, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Miner, and he later adopted a second daughter.
