Through the years after Lerissa was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Lerissa's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Lerissa and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the north. Donaar was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fortune-teller. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and revenge

History: He got into the Dilettante business at a young age. Lamlis abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Arnold was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Shoemaker soon after.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Interpreter.
