Description: This malnourished man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His eyes are white and beady.

Personality: Balam is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balam grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Balam abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears baggy tan pantaloons and a pastel scarf. Her silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears dull white sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed whip, just in case. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the right. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people; and to clean up the streets

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is dressed in a clean tan cloak covering his clean studded leather. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair is singed and shortened. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Naill is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Painter father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bricklayer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a black deerstalker hat and black clothes. She wears her dark red hair down. This silver eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Bune was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
