Personality: Iados speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region.
