History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bilbron was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Navigator and found it very stressful. He tends to his Navigator job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and he perpetually has his scythe ready. Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Modean will drive conversation. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his youth he was a Junk Dealer, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
