Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His white crest is braided into rings. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a grey coat. She is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. A true patriot, Nurkara would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is light but he possesses many green ritualistic tattoos. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is silver and very short. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Pallabar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Pallabar was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She usually wears her white robe and has her bastard sword always slung over her shoulder. Her tied-back hair is silver. Her brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She bought a bastard sword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. His long dark red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Assassin arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is greedy
