History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ida was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Stylist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stylist work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Stylist for the past few years.

Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Katherine never married again.
