Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Marshal but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he usually wears his grey robe and has his sword always slung over his shoulder. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alexandre embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Alexandre was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Alexandre's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to end his boredom

Description: This woman stands a little under 6'3" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a black cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. Her golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is her passion

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he wants to get laid

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
