History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Salasar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Salasar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sybil was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north.
