Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kellen was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: Delre lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This woman is very fat, and tends to wear a large brown jacket. She has cinnamon fur. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Servant but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: Lorilla lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
