History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cimer grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cimer. He now mingles about in high society.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Barrister work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. She became a Guard soon after.
