History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.

History: He was born in a small island village. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many dire rats want him driven away

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
