History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Nicor was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nicor's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Bellfounder. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and balancing her hectic life and new bookbinder responsibilities is difficult
