History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform After a long history of fighting, Zedaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and to prove his worth to the world

History: Ida hails from a village terrorized by giants. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. After a long history of fighting, Ida and her spouse have recently divorced.
