History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Seere was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Seere's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Seere and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
