His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was born into a rich family. River was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. River decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
