History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Rael was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Rael was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rael's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born into a rich family. Beast was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Beast decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. The war was a terrible time for him, and Leaf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Leaf reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Jarsali was born with her father's beautiful face. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Diggory was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Diggory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
