Description: He is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a hunchback. His hair is white and curly. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paymon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paymon. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. Being a Healer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
