Description: 5'3" and muscular, this northern man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'4" when asserting himself. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Description: This woman is very fat, and is wearing a long, green cloak. Her crest is scarlet and very short. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Mortician business.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She worked as a nervous Mortician and found it very stressful. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: He is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Dalgal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Dalgal studied abroad. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he feels threatened by others
