Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hammer, just in case. His red hair is still thick. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born in the north. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To protect his home; and to clean up the streets

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the left. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of illithids

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her black hair is greasy and uncared for. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. A true patriot, Shautha would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a yellow vest and prefers violet and red shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and is pretty ugly. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Lucan hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he's looking for his big break
