Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Irann grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Irann. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Borun's homeland. Borun decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants revenge against drow
