History: He comes from a rich southern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. After months of barely getting by, Burgell managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Serpent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Serpent. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: Cimer was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
