Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. The war was a terrible time for her, and Spear does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Spear studied abroad.
