History: Born in the north to a Spy, Vlorn learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now owns his own business.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He has wavy dark red hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Pelaios is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Pelaios was born with his father's beautiful face. Pelaios was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sculptor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
