Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Felosial embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Felosial was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Felosial's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Odo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Odo. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Margery was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
