Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears yellow robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sword, but if one is not available he will default to his lance. His hair is long and golden with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He has hazel eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hadarai is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. Trym is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He's also a talented Servant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This late middle aged man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest and is in decent physical shape. He has done his best to style his scarlet crest to look like a famous performer. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shipwright and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and to get a good night's sleep
