History: Grigi was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She struck the Stableman job and began her own company from there.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has shaved his head bald. His ears are large.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Assassin, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: She appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'0". She wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times, and her gloved hand is found clutching a nunchaku. Her tied-back hair is golden. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Born to a Carpenter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has a crush on the local carpenter

Description: This southern man is typically in his Guard uniform. His clothes are grease stained in places. His tied-back hair is white. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
