Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He wears dull white sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Foxilon isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in a small plains village. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Foxilon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Ombul decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
