Through the years after Shanairla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shanairla's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. After a long history of fighting, Brottor and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult.
