History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Carpenter and was forced into it by his family; and he has a crush on the local ploughman

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
