Description: An older man who does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, he is not a threatening figure. He has a white handlebar mustache and slicked back white hair. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Calcitro lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Gifted from a young age, Meriele studied abroad. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Norûk alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
