History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Millicent grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Millicent. She has achieved small success as a Junk Dealer.

She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Barber business.

History: Born in the west to a Barber, Numba learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and wants to open a new tavern
