His black eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Melech was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Vilberg was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vilberg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'2". She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her hair is silver and curly. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Buvvie grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and is pretty ugly. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Map Maker. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and balancing her hectic life and new map maker responsibilities is difficult
