Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A freak accident while working with his Hunter father left him crippled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dilettante for the past few years.

Ûkbûk was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sailor. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
