Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Sage, and he later adopted a second son.

When Rinn reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel.
