History: Skak hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Pyra was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
