Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: John hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Thomas was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Thomas's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
